The Master of Technovation (MTV) program at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) is designed to meet the needs of professionals aiming to advance their careers in management roles within both technical and nontechnical organizations. This program equips individuals with the advanced knowledge and skills required to excel in management positions and effectively lead teams and projects.
This proramme was aimed to extend knowledge and competency in key aspects of effective management, such as;
Qualities, characteristics and skills of effective managers and leaders;
Competency associated with effective management of policies,processes,people and resources in organizations.
Appropriate policies for technology, innovation and operation management in organization.
Programme Implementation
This MTV program is to be implemented in the Dual System (2 Semester per Year).
Every academic year is divided into February & September Semester.
Each Semester consists of 14 weeks of studies, 1 week of final examination.
This is a full-time program and class conducted as per usual.
